I just started my project up Iv been wanting to do for a few years now I got a old 1987 Yamaha fz600 I traded a 150$ bow for but I'm taking the engine and brakes and putting them on one of those...

no for the most bada** 2 stroke has to be the yamaha banshee 350 they do the cheetah stroker the amount of power they get outta them is crazy but back on track are you going to freshen the motor up...

I'd start pricing clutches i know the clutch started slipping on my rt 100 after I jetted the carb better plug and a new exhaust system

and the only problem with going with that much power id be worried about the clutch pack and trans going out if that happens it can cost more to fix that a cars trans

if i where you i would pull the engine find a decent engine less gocart on craiglist and throw it on that with the efi and turbo that thing will scream and have more room for the turbo

No problem they have all sorts of efi kits I build the little honda gx200 for go carts and have been wanting to build a efi stroker stock the gx 200 puts out 6hp the stroker motors do about 26hp

try these guys they have a efi kit for small engines and it supports turbo they also sell the rhb31 turbo

Thanks both interiors came out nice but painting won't work for me as I take my jack russle every where and she sits up on the hump for the gas tank and the side plastics and looks out the window

Iv been reading a lot about the ls swaps and from what iv read I can keep the truck acc and intake al long as I run a 3in or bigger cowl hood is this true or not ? I know it still needs the ls1 pan

In mine I had 6000 watts 2 12s with 375oz magnets and the box 6k watt amp with a 5 Farid cap on quick connect wires so I could remove the box quickly,but my setup weight in around 200lbs or more....

When I first pulled the pan I checked for any thing that shouldn't belong and it was normal it had some metal dust but no plastic chunks or metal chunks also my trans only had 1st and reverse gear so...

I'm considering it couse Im scared of doing the cutting and splicing on the ls1 harness and all with my luck and all ill go through 4 or 5 harnesses and this seems to be the best route for me to go
