I didn't plasti dip anything on the Camaro, but I did my chrome wheels on the Sierra last weekend. I'm pretty happy with the look. Not sure how long I will leave it on though. I put about 6-7 coats...

I got rid of the overflow canister and replaced it with a 4th gen bottle that hides nicely under the battery. Filler neck pops up next to the battery for easy access.

I agree with Chemical Guys Black Light. I used it on my black GMC Sierra and also on the Camaro with amazing results. Chemical Guys has a package for black vehicle but it is a bit on the expensive...

I use products from Chemical Guys and Detail King on my car.
This spring I wet sanded the entire car with 2500 then I used Meguiars 105, 205 (both can be applied with a DA or rotary, Chemical Guys...

If you are inexperienced with a buffer your best bet would be to get a porter cable orbital. It is the best bang for your buck and with the right pads and compounds/polishes can do an excellent job....

I had similar issues when I first got my car on the road last spring. As mentioned above, I had to play with the plates on the throttle body along with replacing the MAF sensor, IAT and TPS.

I got the overflow tank in, but I need the hose that runs from the radiator to the bottle itself. I ordered the overflow bottle new from rockauto but it wasn't included and can't seem to find it...
