Sorry bud but 5.0 is right. A LS1 isn't good past 6psi, then you will have to go forged. A 99 or 01 Cobra can take 10psi then it needs to go forged. And since the heads on the Cobra are alot better...

The vert got the 14.5 PSI pulley put on and it made a best of 458rwhp and 471trq running lean. They had to back it up some. Getting some 50lb injectors in along with a boost pump and then we will go...

I ran against one that ran a 15.5 at Atlanta dragway. Was that good or bad for it? Couldn't tell you if it was 305 or 350 nor auto or 5 speed. :confused:
