no control arms on mine either..i use a 12bolt from a chevelle,after it was in I just bought the correct offset wheels..mine is mini tubbed and I still use the panhard bars as I have 4inch exhaust...

i had the hookers and they fit ok....the next time i went to a local chassis shop..headers still exit where the hookers did,2 tubes on each side go through the fenderwell...2 1/4 tubes with 4inch...

i have always ran 2 12's on just a plate in the back,mine is hinged so i can access a nitrous bottle underneath...i am fixing to uprade to better subs but here is a current pic.and it sounds...

i will measure my damm today..mine is a sport coupe but has a z28 damm on it..looks like it hangs low but should catch alot of air..i will snap a pic as well..

alot depends on your car and how well it plants the tires..from a dead stop when you foot hits the floor mash the button..if it blows the tires off try it again but wait till the car is moving some...

my sports coupe had a broke center air deflector so i cut off many years ago beings i was just drag racing it..and i just bolted on the bigger airdam for a z28 on it now that i am going to street...

nice build...i am having a 605inch bbc pump gas motor being built for it..i had a 15.1 598 in it and it ran 8.90's with a plate kit...

nhra says the regulator cannot be mounted to the firewall..

yep i shift at the 330 at 7200 but the rpms drop to 6800. so it gains 800rpm by the 1/4.the reason for that is it has a tight 10inch nitrous converter.

i don't call 7200rpm short shifting.72 in the 1/8 and 7600 in the 1/4.on 1 kit i run 130 in the 1/8 and 161 in the 1/4.thats a 31mph increase which is very normal in a race car.

fastest i went with iron oval heads was 11.00 in a solid lift 427 with 12.1 comp.it was alot cheaper to race back then.LOL

i prefer big blocks and mine has driven fine.i don't slide corners though as i run 4inch front wheels.

as healthy as your small block is i would think it would be faster...
