Check resistance on your injectors, if you have multiple bad ones it will cause the computer to overheat and basically shut down. also could possibly be ignition module under distributer cap autozone...

Ive been havin problems with the bird for a while, the other day it cranked and wouldnt start. I let off and it wouldnt crank again i thought it was a wiring issue so i rigged the key so it was stuck...

The range on your injectors sounds fine , when they go bad they will have less resistance. Gm states over 10 ohms is good, but it isn't a bad idea to replace the multicraps to prevent future issues.
