Re: Steering horrendous after complete rebuild

Did you adjust the drag link/center link per the instructions in the manual? Anytime you put in a new idler arm you should at least check this measurement.

It sounds basic but did you get an...

Re: Wiper motor wiring nightmare

Cant be done the way the OP has it setup. If the wiper/washer switch is from a 2001 it will never drive the 1991 wiper motor. The internal switching of the 2001 wiper/washer switch is different. ...

Re: FINALLY! Out with the old...in with the new!!

Have you checked into blasting your pan with walnut shells or plastic media? I've heard that those are a good option for cleaning parts without being too abrasive. There are a hundred different...

Im running 6.0l coils with ls6 manifold and ls1 fuel rails. If you are very careful you can...

Re: Idler arm pitman arm lenth?

Sounds strange to me but i have never investigated that issue. I know that there is an alignment procedure for the center(drag)link. It involves adjusting the height from right to left. These...

Take a look at the seals-it-grommet website. They give a very in depth explanation of their products. They will tell you how far the seal can stretch depending on what size you buy. I stretched...

Re: So Cal member gets “attacked” for planning LS1 swap

Re: LSX CAI?

Stock throttle body is just about 4 inches o.d. Stock maf for trucks and aftermarket mafs are 4 inches also. Using 4 inch piping makes connections easy. No reducers.
