Cant be done the way the OP has it setup. If the wiper/washer switch is from a 2001 it will never drive the 1991 wiper motor. The internal switching of the 2001 wiper/washer switch is different. ...

Stock throttle body is just about 4 inches o.d. Stock maf for trucks and aftermarket mafs are 4 inches also. Using 4 inch piping makes connections easy. No reducers.
