The 17x8.5 wheels are on the front. The tire size is 245/45 17. The rears are 18x9.5 and the tires are 275/40 18 and they do not rub at all.

I always use heat shrink with the adhesive lining for critical splices. I order it from McMaster-Carr in 4' lengths.

If you do much street driving at all I wouldn't use the spherical, they transmit a lot of road noise, they work good but are just noisy. If you choose the bearings, they need to be the highest...

Most everyone likes my exhaust. I know it's not an original idea (plenty of 4th gen have them) but mine is the only 3rd gen I've ever saw with it.

As ORR stated, the lines are not the problem. Not enough pump is. When I first done my swap, I used the 255 Walbro/Racetronix pump. When I ran it on the dyno the fuel pressure started to fall around...

Mid 90s Cadillac, rear doors. Lots of mid 90s GM big cars has these handles. The front door handles has the key hole in them.

They may fit but I'm not sure. I do know that the MW axles uses a different pressure angle on their 40 spline Ford axles. As suggested earlier, I would call MW and see what they said.

The traction control has nothing to do with the function of the differential unit, whatever style the rear end has. The traction control sensor only sends a signal to the PCM.

While the Vortec 350 head is good, it's chamber is too large for a 305. You'll more than likely loose power from the drop in compression. Buy the heads and save them for the 350.

The C6 Z06 fronts are not side specific, thus one side will be vented backwards. The C5 rotors are side specific. I haven't heard of over heating, but the possibilty makes sense.
