I have holley delphi injectors PN 522-43 and I need new o-rings. Holley sells a kit but I cant wait the likely 2 weeks for the o-rings to get here when I could just go to a local store and pick them...

Well to solve my own problem...

I put a 3/8" line from the TBI in to a jerry can and was able to lower it down so low that it wouldn't even run. So I guess I need to tear in to my return line.

I tried to adjust it down but I went as far as pulling the adjuster screw right out and it wouldn't go below 15psi. I was able to turn it up to 22psi. Holley tech says it should be 11-12psi. I don't...

I don't have a stock cam right now though.

That ramjet cam has pretty close specs to the flat tappet thats in there right now. I have no idea what the pistons are, the engine was built by bond...

UPDATE:

this morning took it to local auto parts store to get carb cleaner to search for vacuum leaks again. drove normal on the way there but on the way back the idle wouldn't go below 1500rpm....

The motor is just a replacement from an old pickup truck. It was fine in the truck, I have no idea if it was ever balanced but I know its not common practice for any backyard engine builder I know.

identifying older TCS converter

I just pulled the original motor/trans (700R4) from my 85 and I found a TCS torque converter in there. There are 2 stickers on the converter. One says "balanced by TCS" and the other say "TCS 1991"....
