which wire(s) are hot on the ignition module? wouldnt it not fire at ALL if the module was bad? just crank and crank... or am i just being silly. It sounds like it is trying to run, but no such luck....

91 3.1 fuel pump coming on, cranks, tries to fire up, but it just diesels for a couple of seconds? starting fluid(i know, i hate using it) wont even get it going? injectors maybe? any ideas anyone?

I tried the jumper from the fuel pump test connection wire, and it turned on...but then I tried to start it, and it will not fire up...just crank with the pump running, no start

well, I have already pulled the ignition cylinder...and I can get a new one from the parts store for about 65-70 bucks, with 2 keys with it. where do I get a vats interrogator? That would help...

there is hardly any besides, if there is a problem.....you have to go through just about your whole fuel system and electrical system to figure it out.

i will....i still got a big plate in front of me, now my wife and i are deciding whether or not i should just get the v6 going and put a clutch in it, or just do the swap...I dont know for sure how...

I went up against a stock v6 fiero with my stock v6 firebird....mine was a 92, both automatics. I beat him in a quarter mile by about 1 1/2 car lengths....I dont know the time cause it was just this...

so....do I go by the bolt pattern on my engine? I can eyeball the bolt patterns, Im just not sure what my bellhousing looks like now. Cant really see the top of it, but from what i saw it looked like...
