yes but its not a simple task. if i wanted noise, i would just get an exhaust cutout. they are cheaper and less work than true duals and when u uncap its louder than true duals.

i would probably go with a new highflow cat regardless especially if ur current one is stock. they dont flow all that well and can be a restriction even if it is fine compared to the newer flow high...
