1984 Matrix 3 Camaro Vert

For Sale:

1984 Camaro Convertible (not a factory vert, but a conversion done by Matrix 3)

This is a project car, and is NOT RUNNING. Car has an ignition problem that I've not been able to...

Re: My POS t/a.

Alot of people will try to discourage you from saving the car and will say the rust is too bad. I'm not gonna say that. Be warned this is a lot of work, and you need to do it right. Search the...

Not sure what those first two pics of rust are, but please please say they aren't the corners of the floor pan leading in to the bottom of the door jamb. That is one of the worst ways (and most...

Re: Too good to be true?

Seems like a decent price. While there were limited LT cars produced, it wasn't a particularly desirable package, just like my Matrix 3 vert is 1 out of about 500, but that does little to help the...

Re: bringing 91 from the dead

I hated the way sunbleached carpet looked too. I spent like $150 on used carpet for my Firebird and regretted it. 1A auto sells new for like $300. Its well worth it, and they will send you samples...

Both my Firebirds were northern cars, and they were just too rusty to get back on the road. My Camaro is from the Indiana/Kentucky border and it's not rotted through, but plenty of surface rust and...

I also just realized your in TX, so you probably didn't have much in the form of rust to deal with? Cars up here always have some form of rust/rot to deal with.

I've had the 3.1 in other cars before and it ran really hot. The newer ones ran at 220-230, and had one that ran at close to 240 constantly. It is "normal" but too hot for my taste.
