The magic number for the Nexen N3000's seems to be 41psi for the best tire footprint and performance. I'd personally run them with no more than 35psi for a little extra cushion, especially being a 35...

The wheels in question I believe are either enkei 92s or american racing (A.R.E) replicas. If they are either of those, the brand should be cast into the backside of the wheel.

Cam and heads, I believe would put you around stock LB9 power (220ish? maybe a little more from the cam). Try to go with a set of vortecs if you can.
The bottom end of the LO3 and LB9 are the same....

You don't have to drop the oil pan to get the timing cover off. Just loosen it enough...
