drivers side door, front fender, and ground effects are all painted! picking them up this afternoon from the body shop and installing them.

As stated above, it all depends on what you are runnning for a pulley setup. if your running an F-body accessory drive, summit makes a nice underdrive crank pulley for pretty reasonable. i've used it...

i have an 01 ls1 t56 setup with 39k on it for $3600 for sale right now. for a 99 motor with 100k on it, he should be asking about $2900 for that setup

the stock TPI air intake is pretty restrictive for the ls1 from what i've read. everyone that does these swaps make there own cold air intakes. And intake for a 04-06 gto will work well for you.

are you sure your torquing them down to the right specs? in all my experiences over the years, most broken bolts while tightening are all due to your wrench being set wrong.

theres alot of power being left on the table with that motor by not running headers. i bet that motor would net an additional 20-30hp with a nice set of LT's

I thought that rear i sold you was a 3 channel and only had 1 hose comming off of it near the pumpkin of the car.

4 channel abs cars have 2 lines comming off the pumpkin of the rear.

If you want the phone number for the guy i sold it to for $1500, he will tell you how nice of a setup it is. Didnt have any problems. And yes, we came out just fine on the car.

i cant believe your gas mileage is that bad. even on an untuned ls1 with a big cam i was getting 22 with my s10 in 6th gear. you should easily be getting 25mpg

Were not talking about a 3 cylinder mode. The ls1 tach runs off a 4 cylinder frequency (#6 value in the pcm). in order to run the ls1 motor on a 6 cyl tach you have to change the tach frequency so...

From what i have found from reading, a value of 4 is supposed to change the frequency to match the v6 tach. i might try both values and see which works best.

if you can find a complete 4th gen tank assy, thats the route I would recommend. Its a direct bolt in part. only mod i had to make was to the filler neck which was a piece of cake.

i didnt have to do anything with my tach to make it work. seems to be functioning properly (my cars a 92). only problem i've encountered is it reads the wrong rpm due to the tach signal
