Yes the filter is along the drivers side door. Also, the fuel pressure for the TPI should be around 45 psi.

yes the bumpers are interchangeable (to my knowledge). as long as the bumper was drilled for ground effects or has the mount then yes i do think you can bolt 'em up. hope that helps.
