what i did was to use just some silicone and plug the line coming from the box with a plastic cap i had laying around....the other line is just part of the remaining system,i removed...

remember to spray starter fluid on any old vac lines on your evap assembly..i sprayed my vac lines near the tank pressure valve today(not the purge control valve on top of the cannister) and my idle...

i used brake cleaner,steel brush like for handguns,brake cleaner dries better than carb spray,and the torx are tough..i soaked my egr in a couple of inches of pb blaster..spray that on the torx head...

you mean what did i do to the assembly?,just make a plate the same shape as the one on the plenum..and seal it with a gasket or permatex like i did..it never gave me any problems when it was...

i know a guy drivin a 88 or 89 who said hes runnin a 305 but i never looked under the hood but all egr's from my 77 cutlass to Rustyreds camaro should react the same to leaks and testing with a vac...

i know right..i looked at my brothers 91 and i dont have a stud there,,someone broke it off..as long as it (the stud) doesnt affect my exhaust i will be happy,just one less thing to pull when i need...

Try to clean the egr first,,the torx bolts mite break off like mine did but you can drill/tap new holes..theres a site where a guy sells remanned injectors for like 120-130 paid for..will look it up...

yeah the one in the 1st pic is the cruise control,the second pic looks like the hoses goin to it from the plenum(on mine anyway) at least it goes to a vac source..just go to the source of vacuum and...

i checked the plugs and they are perfect color,i replaced my dizzy cap n rotor,the rotor seemed to have cut into the posts inside the cap,I should have replaced ths icm with a good 1 i had but...

Actually i have a rough idle and the car jerks while cruising..im thinkin maybe i need to rebuild my distributor..i know the module checks good(cold at least).From what i remember the pick up coil...

I got a serpentine but it is the same principal...i got a 92 1/2 belt but that was to bypass the AIR pump..same length should work to delete compressor,just look for a thread on how to route belt.

Lookin at the rust in your bay just get some spray on rust converter to turn it black,,thats what i did..then painted it with heat resistant( hi temp) paint,,trust me its easier that stripping.

I took everything off mine except the compressor,cheaper to keep it,I got rid of the lines evap and radiator(there was a pile of leaves 1 foot high between the two rads...put in a 180 tstat and now...

i regapped the plugs earlier to .45,seemed to do better after that i made sure all 3 pintles in the egr were free but never have checked the tps.I dont think its loose,will check tomorrow,i know...

I checked the TV housing and it was dry like the dipstick at the tranny, it seems to be between the rear of the oil pan and the TCC cover at the botttom like it's inside the cover itself.

cool,i have a primer pump for a boat that has a long tube on both ends,think i will change the oil gauge in the cluster first and go from there(less mess)..then the tach,and then the tranny sending...

Sweet!!!..the easier the better!!!..mite put a temp gauge after i fix the tach and oil pressure gauge(always at 3/4 mark),,,thanx man,,,my first camaro,,need all the help i can get.
