Intake Manifold Swap
So if I swap the manifold can I still use the stock EGR? or do I have to do an EGR delete? and if so does that affect the mileage too much?

I believe Eldabrock [spelling] makes a manifold that will use your stock EGR.

Re: Intake Manifold Swap
So buy a #2101 if you have early heads
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-2101/
Neither do we since you have not mentioned any details about what intake setup ( if any ) you are swapping from ?
As I said earlier ; ESP doesn't work well on the Internet ;
you have to give us SOME INFO

Performer - ‘86 and Earlier: For 1955-86 262-400 c.i.d. small-block Chevy. Performer manifold
2101 Includes provision to add oil fill tube. Not for Chevy Bowtie heads. Will fit 1987 and later
stock aluminum heads. 3701 includes provision for EGR.
^ not very clear.... >.>

Re: Intake Manifold Swap
But of no concern to you unless you have '87 or later factory (Vette ) Alum heads ??????
The # 3701 intake will fit those Vette heads and any factory cast iron heads before 1987 because they have the same bolt angle
Cast iron heads after 1986 take #2104 and # 3706 (EGR ) intake because they have a different bolt angle
And '96 + Vortec heads are different again
