should I park it
Should I just park it https://youtu.be/KqYNrydzqGo
the weird thing is when it's cold and the oil pressure is up there is no noise but when of warms up the noise pops up when its in park its obvious but in drive I give a little throttle and it' at its loudest but normal driving it' quiet but when I come to a stop it start up again

No, don't just park it and give in! My car sat parked for months while I chased everything to get her on the road. Best feeling in the world when I did! We just need to trouble shoot and find out exactly what's going on. You see some weird things on these cars, but every problem has a solution somewhere.
Wish I could help you more but haven't really been down this road before. Is it for sure coming from the engine?

I can't view the video in work, but that sounds like loose flexplate bolts or a cracked flexplate.

Re: should I park it
Jack the car up, remove the inspection cover from the bell housing and check them all. There are 3 bolts. Memory is flaky, but they might have been 15mm I think? I'm sure a search will turn up what size they are.
If it IS bottom end noise, then YES. Park it. No sense in causing it to seize up, or scatter the bottom end.
That said, I don't hear any of the typical squeaking / squealing I usually hear with a rod knock. So most likely going to be flex plate noise.

I had the same sort of knock when I owned my K2500 pickup, and it ended up being a bent fin in the torque converter.

Sounds like an exhaust pipe against the body. Just for fun, if it's still got a cat, or dual cats, bump em around a bit and listen for noise. A cracked up catalytic converter will rattle, the noise can come and go, and can change with temp.
Had two torque converter bolts ripped through my flexplate, and didn't sound that bad...
Stick a heater hose in your ear. Wave the open end around under the hood and under the car. When the noise sounds loudest, or clearest, you're close to whatever is causing the noise. Oil pan or valve covers would suggest engine problems. Might find it's a bearing in an idler, or an accessory... Any number of possibilities, just have to narrow it down.
