91 350 tpi map serious bog/stall issue

I recently swaped a 350 tpi speed density setup into a 92 rs "harness and ecm" timed it with esc disconected.... idles ok just replaced tps to rule that out im thinking my problem is vacuum related... you can rev it if you feather it but if you put your foot even quarter into it it sounds like its just sucking air and bogs hard until u take ur foot off if you push it further it will choke harder miss fire and die....I changed the fuel pump with the swap so i should have pressure really just stumped i ran heater tube and cruise into furtherst back niple map to midle and fpr into the bigger one more toward the front tryd switching map position with fpr same thing,,riped smog out and got the block off plate so i also have no egr seloniod for the stem under the tb i try blocking it off made it worse....i also have no sending unit for oil well a broken one at least was told this could be part of my prob cuz the ecm is shuting off the injectors??? going to get one tommorow but doubt its going to fix it.....also have the egr valve in still not sure if its stuck in the wrong position? any advice really apreciated thanks

Not sure one of my vehicles it was the intake manifold leaking and another issue was a clogged catalatic convertor.

Ive been having tons of issues fixed my main one cracked fuel line in tank replaced and regulator tps idles strong now alil high can rev the h*** out oif it in park but as soon as i put it in drive instant kill or reverse is worse its like it slams in reverse and dies instantly....its a 91 L98 350 in a 92 rs changed the kick down cable and ecm with swap ohh speedo doesnt work guages fine idk if there related also rebuilt tpi and manifold any ideas one please??? really need to get it back on the road and am at a loss on ideas
