15x10 with 275/60r15 any issues?

Anyone have this combo on the rear and if so what issues do you have if any? Also what would be the proper backspace for this combo? I'm looking into Hoosier drag radials and would like to go to the 15x10 on the rear instead of 15x8.

I've seen that combo in here, spend a few days reading old threads.

How much cutting of the inner wheel well did you do? I have 7" bs & had to do quite a bit of hammering, cutting off portions of the front lower section of metal & a good deal of BFH work. I really don't see how the .5" difference could possibly have caused so much work for my setup compared to yours.

Re: 15x10 with 275/60r15 any issues?

the 5.5" backspacing sticks it out too far. some people are OK with it, but i don't care for it.

mods: cut bumpstop "hump" out, heavy BFH down front. i'm now running a 28x10.5S and it was pretty close down around the front lca mount area, so i took a sawzall to that area. one of these days i'll pull the wheel off and get some good pics.

with a 5.5'' backspace you don't have to make those mods though right?

The car is staying at stock height.

if you like mu11ets and hair band music then the 5.5" backspacing works well.
