Odered headliner from them, on July, 27. Still have not recieved it. Called them this morning, and they said they will ahve to call me back.


WOndering if anyone else has had a problem, I see a lot of people recommend them as they had the lowest price, although after charging me 30 bucks shipping, it became less of a deal.

Oh, and they charged me for it the day I placed the order, which is not a big deal, as long as I get it.


Will keep updates when I hear from them.

 

I purchased a carpet from them via ebay, and I just told them "grey," but they've sent me 3 emails in under a week trying to get a hold of me to confirm the color code and send me a sample out. I forgot to check me email.

Thus far

 

I bought some outside door handles from them and all I got was quick shipping and great customer service.

 

i bought my carpet from them, it was good quality and I got it fast.

 

Never called me back. I am on the phone with them now. I had to call them. They have no info for me at this time. They said they will call me back, Again, thats what i was told 2 days ago.

So far I am not impressed, and would not recommend them or order from them again.

 

They called me back. He said the manufacture was waiting on a oder of the plastic that came in today. They are going to work through the weekend, nd should have them ready to ship out the first of next week.

We'll see what happens.

 

Hopefully this is just a miscommunication on the customer service end and a supply issue from the manufacturer. Usually we hear good things about them here.

 

Yeah, thats why I went with them. Heard so much about the great price on the headliners. We'll see what happens next week.
