anyway the car guy in me noticed (after looking at the girl of course) that your back window is tinted and you have the top of the window dark. is that tint that you have on the "shade" groves or is that something else????

My interior is beige. As for the question about the tint. I didn't notice that untill you pointed it out. I've had the tint for about 2 weeks. So i went outside and snapped a pic for you. There seems to be either 5% or just completly black tint in the "shaded region" or whatever you call that then it turns to 20%

 

That shadded area on the hatch blocks a fairly high amound of light when you look at it. Mine is like that too, but I have 5% over the whole rear window.
Either that or the tint shop tinted it with glass paint. I've seen that done.

 

She will change her tune once you get out of college and have some decent money so that she can go shopping.

 

Screw that, ain't no girl goin to keep me from going to college and getting a good job. There are too many women in the world to let one hold you back.

But me and my GF went to college together, so turned out great. Even though most of my friends said it was a mistake.

I can relate to mark. My girlfriend says the way my car shakes (huge cam) makes her sick and she cant stand the smell of a little 100 octane fuel.

As for the whole g/f and cars conversation-- i have to be one of the few girls on this site that take extreme pride in my car. i like to work on my car much more then my b/f does. if you guys invite your g/fs into the car world they might start enjoying your hobby with you b/c it is much more fun to work on the cars together then it is to fight about how much time you spend in the garage. as for the girls that try to hold you back i would have to agree with Mark-- there are to many women in the world for you to stop living your life the way that you want just to please one of them. Trust me, Nikki, I have tried. My girlfriend has actually told me SHE DISLIKES THE FEELING OF ACCELERATION.

I've tried to get them all to like cars, but it usually ends with them just wanting sex after I've gotten all greasy and sweaty, from being underneath the car.

Exactly. I spent a bunch of time last night, trying to get my girlfriend to agree to a project car for her. I told her that it would be fun. She responded that it would be fun, but only for me.
Although, a Car Crazy Cutie may have some inherent problems. Maybe she chews tobakky, has a fe-******, and nearly breaks your arm when you play-wrestle.

Good looking women that know a lot about cars and like to work on them are very very few and far between. I'm not trying to **** people off this time, but generally good looking women don't have to work for anything. So working on cars is something that's been conditioned out of them. Also getting greasy and dirty generally isn't what they're after since they spend as many hours a day cleaning themselves as I do my car. On a more personal level, my sister grew up in the same family as my brother and I and won't get near a wrench. I'm a second generation racer, and certified car nut. I did meet one of these very rare cute girls that likes to work on cars and it turned out that she was a pathelogical liar and didn't have enough crayons in her box if you know what I mean.

A wise man once said to me, "No matter how good looking a woman is, some guy somewhere is tired of putting up with her $hit!"

 

i would have to agree that there are very few girls out there that you will meet that already like cars but i also think that if some of the girls out there were introduced to how fun it could be working on cars then they would like to share that part of their b/f's lives.now on the other hand some guys may not want their girls to share in everything and they want their cars to stay their hobby.there is nothing wrong with that either. if you ask my b/f where i am when he is out with the guys he would respond that i am always there with them b/c i go out cruising with all of them and even though i am the only girl that goes out with all these guys none of them have a problem with that b/c most of the time i am just another gear head.(and an FYI for those of you that think that all car girls look like dudes--there are atleast 3 other girls on this site along with me that look far from a dude)

1 was my friend and my prom date, but now I dont really like her.
and the other was a girl that I just got to know before I eneded highschool, shes my friends g/f but there relationship was on the rocks, so she was hitting on me, but than they got back together so haha. NOt liek I would move in anyways, but she was nice, helped me with my math.

Nice pics guys! Lol. My girlfriend would never pose on my car for me. I let her drive it one time, and she kept calling it "dumb" and the "stupidest car she's ever driven". I must admit it was not running very good and kept stalling, but if she wasn't such a woman, she'd realize to throw it into neutral at lights and rev it. "I kept telling her that it wasn't those nice, new, fuel injected cars that her parents keep buying her" (wrecked 2 in 3 years!) So finally she tries to throw it into neutral and puts in into reverse on accident!!!! Ouch, not only once, but TWICE!!! Finally, she seems to get it under control, until she accidentally went from neutral to reverse and GUNNED it, almost "front-ending???" someone behind us. That's when I told her to pull into the parking lot and get her *** out of the car!!!!!

P.S. I have some AWESOME pictures of HOT girls on my friends Probe. (yes i know, but his is decent). He's also going to submit them on Probetalk.com??? when I get them scanned. I'll post them here too! Later
