Hey! I was at WalMart last night, and I happened to spot a ThirdGen Johhny Lightening in the Hot Wheels isle. Of course, I picked one up. It is part of their new commerative Camaro line, and it is a '91 RS. i will post a pic in a few days, assuming that this will not be locked, of course.

 

Yeah, I saw the same one. It looks just like the 82 Z28 Johnny Lightning car. It doesn't have the right ground effects or hood and if the hood opens I'll bet you money it has a crossfire engine.

 

Got it, as an 89 iroc, with tt rims on it, but its still an 82 crossfired z

 

I've got the 82 pace car, the 82 non-pace car, 85 Z28, 87 IROC (3 of those actually), black IROC (forget what year) and a few odds & ends.

 

Here are my JL 3rdgens I have. I also have a Black '82 and the new white one not pictured.

 

are those cars still available? i would like to get a few of those.

 

Why don't they ever make thirdgen Firebirds and Trans Ams???

Ive always had that same question, why always lots of camaros, but no birds, I personally think it goes by the same rules as this board, 50 camaros to every 1 firebird, notice how almost every thread is camaro oriented. All well guess that just makes us firebird guys more rarer.

 

yeah i got some too, i got a 1987 camaro Z28, not opened so i don't know what motor it got, and also i have a 92 rs b4c also not opened. yes i am quite sure that they are still available, because i only bought nmy 92 a couple of weeks. ago. i bought my 87 off ebay, there's lots on ebay!!

 

I went to 3 walmarts, target, and kmart yesterday, and I couldn't find a single thirdgen

I did find a 69 and 2001 firebird combo tho... I think 69...

 

 

i checked at wal mart and found nuthin. but i went to toys r us and found 2 matchbox dare edition firebirds. now i have 4 dare thirdgens ill try to get a pic on here this weekend.
