If it looks bad its because of my minimal experience with this photostuff....but perhaps you see the general idea.

Tell you what. Find a pic of a sheet of aluminum. Cut out the frame with the lasso or Marquee tool. Press Ctrl C to copy it and move over to your car pic then clrl V to paste it. If its to big select the marquee too (press M) then right click on the pasted pic and select free transform. Now you car resize just the aluminum frame. Well shortly said thats how you do it.

actually...the lower console could be cut out of one piece instead of three. Its kind of like how they used to do it in older muscle cars.

i know the lens sizes are not uniformly correct(too small) , and if the aluminum is really cut for this, the frame will be smaller width, but its a pretty good idea of what it might look like. Not too bad huh?

This is your next step. Save about 15-20 frames in a animation sequence. You know draw each frame like those flip books. Use flash5 or 6 to put them in order and make a .gif image. This is what you get after a load of time and a few curse words.

Nice...I just got a new monitor w/ beter res so I could run photoshop. I've spent so much time messing around allready with it. Nice display. Question...how do you get your pic to appear at the bottom of your post? Doesn't the pic have to be uploaded online orsomething? I don't know.

Scroll to thetop of this screen here and click on user pc. Then click edit profile up there. There is a box where you can type in your sig. Now you probably want to tell us what is in your car and then put the pic up there. So try this. I'm not sure how long this will last but post your pic here. right click it and go to properties. See the location there, copy it. Go back to the edit profile and put this in the sig. See where it says place the location of your pic here? Well place what you copied from the right click in there. Now go test it!

The chrome taillight trim sounds like a cool idea, but in reality it is not. Our cars are sports cars. The only cars that should have chrome is luxury cars. A little bit of chrome is alright, just as long as its in the right places such as wheels, enginebay, exhaust, etc. In my opinion, Chrome taillight trim would look as good as chrome fender lips and chrome door trim.
