When I have my car painted, I want to keep my car the same color, but maybe make the shade with a little more red in it, like flame red metalic. I know someone on this board has one because I had pictures of it before my hard drive crashed. Any pics would be greatly appreciated.





Yes KJROCK, I did do a search and only came up with two results that did not have any pictures that I was looking for.

 

Chevy called it Dark red Metallic while Pontiac called it Flame red metallic.

 

I think the color of red that Kandied91Z has his car painted looks good......

Red looks better when it's a little brighter.....

 

The paint's about 3 yrs old. It looks really dark in the shade and in the light it is very bright red. Don't have any other pics of the paint in the sun kicking around right now though.

Although I like this pic, it really doesn't show the color very accurately... IM me (TransAm87WS6) some time and I'll send you some more...this is the only one I have online right now tho...

 

I might have to sell it now since it has 10,880 on it . Jeff, you want to buy it? A high mileaged IROC with all these options can't be worth too much!!

 

Thanks guys, but the color on Camaros seems to look different than on TAs. I did a search in the reader's rides section and found a good pic I was looking for that shows the paint well.
