I got one for you. Look at the numbers on my plate. What are the odds I checked for a random plate that it would have the size of my engine in both cubic inches and liters exactly!!!! Now that is a coincidence. I was planning on getting a custom plate, but this one is good enough, real easy for me to remember.

just save this file I attached to your hard drive and then go into your User CP and edit your option to use your own avatar. Search for the file on your hard drive and presto.

Cool, I never looked into custom plates in IL. I know they are extra, but how much?

For a personalized plate with a number at the end is only $14.00 more than a regular plate.
Expect to wait a loooong time for it, though.

Don't you pay that every extra price every year though?

hmmm....well both my camaro and my truck have custom plates....as long as "B truck" has a number in the begginning it's the same price as a "normal" plate....and for "passenger" cars as long as it ends in a number it's the same cost as well. At least that is what the currency exchange charged me.
Thus i have my TGO screen name on my plates.....

"Mettalli", there are 2 prices, just so you know. If you have a number at the end it is just $14.00 more than a standard issue. If you get like what I have "OLE SCHL" it is $90.00. there is a higher renewal fee every year than the standard price. I think I paid $74.00 this year. But hell it's worth it if you get a plate you want and like. My plate causes lot's of attention. If you want some good suggestions, do a search and go to my favorite post created by your truely, NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATE. 350 plus post and counting.

So your're the one who took that name. A friend of mine wanted that for his Olds 442.
