Dual Colored PMD seat Pics wanted
Ok I ran a search and nada!
Ok I going to get some seat covers for my 2nd set of PMD seats. the ones in RAIF will go in the 82. I just a set od PMDs from the junkyard (power!) Seat covers are shot, but they are in better condition then the 82s old ones! So I'm getting seat covers from HAwks for them and they will go in RAIF.
So what is want to get is black seat covers w/ red centers. Does anyone have pics of PMD seat with a two tone theme. I dont cat what the colors are. I just need something to send to Bruce so he can FWD it to the seat cover guy. I know someone had a car that got wrecked and it had White and grey, or white and black. The pics were of the wreck and nothing clear of the seats.
So anyone have any pics? for those that don't know what PMD seats are...

Have you checked with ThirdgenResouce.com? I haven't checked out the website to see if they have covers for PMDs. I spoke with Roy when I was at the Bristol Bash a few months ago. He had black leather seats with red centers. They were 4th gen seats and not the PMDs. However, it still may be a good reference to use.

I don't know if you remember me or not, but I met you at the BFBA F-Body show last year in Birmingham. I was the guy taking pics and printing them out for the plaques we were selling. Anyway, I noticed your car at the World of Wheels a couple of weeks ago. I looked around for you and couldn't find you. Just wondering how you did in the show. Your car looked great!

Well hello again! Yep I remember the pic taking and taker! Did you know we all got up on the helo pad and got group shots? That was so cool!
W.O.W... Yep that was my beast there. We spent alot of time just looking around. I had never shown nor attended a WOW before. I really was not evpecting anyone we knew to be there. Man the sheer amount of people there was crazy! I got an invite at Super Chevy in AL. Some paper work with World of Wheels contact info was left in my car. I had no clue it was an invite only show. I called and they sent the application. I had to send in a pic of the car frt and rear and they had to approve me for the show! Wild, eh?
I ended up in 80-90 Conservative hardtop. Yep conservative! There were 4 others in with me in that Gold Star Class (street driven class). Well my beast pulled out a win! My buddy who talked me into going, was amazed I won with it being my first show. That and the fact that I had not met any of the judges or staff. He said I should be really proud cause my car won on actual merit, not by who I knew!
Well I was up at Bruce's a few weeks back and saw the covers he has in person. They are sweet. The quality is awesome and you really can barely tell they are vinyl! He does have the PMD pattern. The KITT guys have bought from him and are raving about the covers! I just need to get pics for him of the two tone styling I want. So I figured rather then try to simply describe or try to photoshop, I would see what people already had to make the process easier and clearer for him!

Congrats on the win as well as the invite to Super Chevy! That is awesome!!!
I am looking for some red-black or solid red "leather-like" covers for my Z28. It is a 1991 with the low back seat with head-rest. What is the Bruce's place you were talking about? can you give me a URL or number? Thanks!

Sorry about the confusion...Yes I'm getting my covers from Hawks. I got the pictured PMDs from Zepher, but have 2 other sets. One set (front only) came with the 82. The other set we got from Pull-a-part a few weekends back. You can find them around, but they are usually in ratty condition. I believe they were an 82 only option. The KITT boys ****** them up as well.
I just need some 2 tone pics to use as examples of how I want mine done. I knew someone besides me had decided to do this & hoped they had pics. Anybody?
On World of Wheels, its new to me to have a show where they have to approve your car and invite you to the show. It was pretty wild cause we went to Super Chevy and were talking about WOW. We were wondering about how would I get the info to even ask if I could enter the WOW show. Then at the end of the day, there was the paperwork in the car. I still don't know who put it there.

Thanks for the compliment on the show. I think it was a first for a lot of folks to have a show in a parking deck.
It seems we can never put on a show or event without bringing rain along with it!
The last two shows prior to the one in the parking deck were hit with rain. So, we figured that it would be our luck that it would rain again and made arrangements to have it in the parking deck. It was a good decision because, as always, it rained.
Just wondering, LTIguy, did I happen to meet you at the show? What car were you in? I take it you were with the Atlanta group.

I was with Shannon (redraif...my girlfriend). At the time, my only F-bodies (97 SS and 85 TA) weren't running! We probably did meet; I'm about 5'6" with brown hair, mustache, and goatee.
