Hmm...Could be interesting. I do like the nose bird, but it looks a little big for the stock location
Maybe try putting the bird where the license plate would go.

i say leave it without the decals, i'm not too fond of the second gen decals on our 3rd gens but it def would be unique and could look good if done right. maybe if the nose decal was a little smaller?

I agree with bird 355. The photoshop looks like it stands out too much, but nothing always looks like it does in photoshop. I really like the look of the bird on the 2nd gen when its not photoshopped though.

Leave off those decals you were looking at.
Buy the decals from firebatscave that are the Ram Air ones for the side of the hood nostrils.
It adds to the hood BIGTIME...

Don't do it........!! For one, the T/A decals you're looking to put on seem horrible dated, and would clash, especially with that RAII hood....secondly, that Firebird decal looks very Wolfenstein/****-esque...!
If anything, I'd say get some cutsom decals printed up at a viynl shop....cheap but very original. Nice car, too, BTW.

Do you all think mine looks like crap too??
Here is a shot of mine befor....
I like it alot better with, I don't care for the older one like you have photoshoped, Mabe if it was a little smaller, and not blue it might fit a little better.

I would not suggest the 2nd gen style decals. I have seen them on an 84 T/A (its since been sent to the junkyard). It had the TRANS AM script decals from an early 2nd gen. It just did not match the car. I also think your car looks very clean just the way it is now. If anything I would just put the stock decals back on and add a 4th Gen stlye Ram Air decal to each side of the hood, good luck with it.
thanks for all the replies, i think i will keep the decals off , im not sure if im gonna put the ram air one on the side of the hood. i like how it looks but i think ill keep it plain and kleen .
