Looks real good man. I really like the looks of those rims. If you do go through with the mods, I have a couple of suggestions...I don't know what size those things are, but they could be a LITTLE bigger. The other thing I would do is drop the front 1/2" more. Then you'd have a mean lookin' ride!

fast83camaro not to be a jerk but you should spend the money one paint instead of rims. and if you were just showing the pic to show everyone what it looks like it looks pretty good but if you did it you should get 17 inch tt2's

Who said I was buying rims? I'm not buying those yet, and even if I did it would be a looong time from now, they would be 16" wheels so I will still have some ride comfort, and I would get them of course AFTER I paint the car.

Also, the IROC wheels aren't even mine, I am borrowing them from my brother until I can pay him for them.

By the way, I'm already doing bodywork on my car now. I've almost got it all in primer, and we're fixing to paint it soon.

D M N: They call my body style a "Sport Coupe" if that is what you meant.

yea, the older sport coupes 82-84 got 3 really big holes in the bumper, and in 85-87 the sport coupes got holes that were about half the size as the earlier ones, and in 88+ ground effects were on all camaros which eliminated the holes in the bumper completely. i think the berlinetta's had this too.

if you had an 82-87 sport coupe, stock without ground effects, you would have had 3 holes like that. but yours is an 88, so you get the newer styling.

is that what you were looking for?

Man...your car SO reminds me of the '83 Camaro I had in high school. Keep the IROC wheels, paint it black, and you'll have my old car! Here's a pic of the car in a parade from my younger years...

Here's the web site I made for it:

http://www13.brinkster.com/scbaeb/ca...aro/index.html

It had a charcoal gray interior, which you can see in one of the pics on the site. Man, I sure do miss that car...at least I have my '92 to keep me pacified

Almost forgot...Daphne is across the bay from Mobile

PerthZ28,
If you are looking for a US based company - I got mine from www.hotrodsusa.com
They were great to deal with and the price was good at the time (2 years back).
