Do one of two things. Either keep the midnight blue the way it is and tint the windows...go for that stealthy look or paint the ground effects a grey or silver, that would look pretty sweet.

well i thought about tinting the windows and a stripe? or just do what you said keep the stealth look? but it is usually a little brighter than that, but its really overcast today, and for some reason i couldnt get a really bright pic , but ill think about stiking the tint on and forgetting about it. Thanks, any other ideas?

Yeah, I think I'd have to agree. Tint the windows, find you some centercaps and hit the road.

well im goin to probably keep it the way it is and have the windows tinted, but i was wondoring on what you guys think of these wheels for my bird. I get a lot of mixed responses from them, and i think you guys are honest, so let me know what you think. Im also thinking about irocs. also
Thanks
Steve

Be very careful with wheels. They can make or break the look of a thirdgen. I've seen some pretty nice thirgens with horrible wheels that just killed the whole car. IMO, I'm not a big fan of chrome wheels on thirgens. Maybe the occasional chrome IROC wheel, but thats about it. I love the mild grey finishes sort of like the newer SS and firebird wheels. I think that type of subdued wheel would look sweet on your car. No offense to any of you guys with chrome wheels, I don;t want any hate mail or anything...lol. Thats just my take on it.

it looks like its just the way the weight is distrubuted from leaning on that hill. Regardless...
Those wheels, not my personal style, but I agree with eyerock. go with the subdued look for that ride's rims. you don't need some highly chromed or billet wheels. About the silver. Personally I think it'd kill the sleeper look you've got goin. I love the way that car looks as it sits, however if you've got something hiding under that hood that frightens grown men (lol, anything NOT a 305) don't do the stripes unless your car can match em. I do think tints are required tho . Good luck with it, and in the end, its your ride. You'll get my respect with whaever you choose man.

Well, here is a bad chop for you, you didn't say where or how wide you wanted the stripe, but maybe it will give you an idea.

Also just thought I'd throw in a pic of how the stripes are done on my rocker panels.

rs_boy, instead of clogging the poor server up by attaching a pic of your car every time you post, why don't you just upload it once, then put it in your SIG.
