What do you think about these rims on a 3rd gen?

What do you think about these wheels on a 91 Formula. I was thinking of putting the 16x8 in the rear with my drag radials, and putting some 15 x6 in the front with some Mickey tomson sportsmand skinny tires. Wonder if it would look wierd having 16" in the rear and 15" in the front. The sportsman tires only come in 15". guess I could put 15" all the way around

I think they look awesome. You can't go wrong with the classic 5 spoke design on a thirdgen. Heck, that's mostly all they came with from the factory

I've never seen a camaro look bad with a nice set of American Racing TTII's. 1st, 2nd,3rd, and 4th gens all look great with them. It just fits the style. 5 spoke all the way. Only rims I would rather have than what I have is a set of SLP firehawks....or wider TTII's

Go 17" they look way better and handle like you wouldnt belive, unless your deep into drag racing. Then you might be better with smaller wheels.

Im defintely into drag racing. I wanted to get fairly narrow tires for the front, and they only seem to come on 15" rims, like the MT sportsman fronts. I guess the larger ones are better for cornering, but my car is not a daily driver. They only cornering I do it getting on the freeway to go to a car show, or turning off at the end of the strip. Do you think it would look weird with 16" on the back, and 15 on the front?. Never seen it before

I like the Centeline 5 spoke ones to, with just a little open space, I dont know what they are called. They have what looks like an eagle in the center

a lot of ferrari's go 20's out back and 18's out back and a lot of new sportier cars for instance the nissan 350 Z has 19's out back and 18's up front. Very common on a lot of cars and usually looks pretty cool....makes the back end stand up a bit higher gives a nice muscle car sort of stance.

All the ones I've seen on third gens have been like 15's or 16's...didn't look that great. I wanna see some with some 17's or 18's and then I'll be able to tell ya how good they'd look.

Im not sure I understand the fascination with large and super large diameter wheels. I guess in terms of physics a larger diameter rotating disc has greater stability. I remember my physics class witht he bicycle wheel with handles on the shaft. You hold it then the teach spins the wheel then you feel the resistance to tilt it on way or another. I guess this would have advantages in handling. Or is it just looks? Personally I think SUVs with giant rims and wheels look ridiculous, like circus vehicles or something. All the muscle cars have the smalle rims, like 15" and I think they look good. It's and old vs new thing too I guess. Im old, most of you guys are new, haha.

Anyway I like the AMerican Racing TTs with the dark color too and like I said, the thin sportsman fronts, which gives and advantage in drag racing (less weight, less resistance to rolling) only come in 15" maximum width.

Well now I know what I want, I just need money
