They freaking SUCK at night. I had GTS ones if that makes a difference. I used my high beams and I still couldn't see shiznit. Make sure you got the fogs on when you do it.

I have em, I love em during the day, PITA at night, it kills the lights, and to make it worse, I put a billet grille in front of the fog lights.
EDIT: I've actually been trying to figure out a way for them to flip down when the headlights come on. I've got a pretty good idea about how to attach it, but I'm not sure what to use to make it move. (ie...solenoid, small motor, vacuum)

The original stuff that came with it is a 3M double sided mounting tape. I think that what it's called. It's the thick double sided tape. I've had mine for almost 3 years now and haven't lost one yet. (Knock on wood)

Thanks, about a year or so ago, I had my stock turn signals and sidemarkers tinted, and I made a plexi blackout that covered the foglights It was pretty sweet, but you can imagine it stopped most air movement through the radiator and she got hot pretty quick.

That's an awesome idea you have and i'd love to see it become reality. best of luck with it
