I know it's going to be a silver/gray based color. My RS will have a Z-28 hood, that flat black in the headlight sockets, and a Z-28 grill.

1.) Pepper-gray metallic (ie Eleanor in "Gone in 60 Seconds")

2.) That pewter/silver color that came on 4th gens. I'm not sure of the actual name of it. If you know, and happen to have a picture of it, please post.

3.) The silver color that you see on the new Vettes. Once again, I don't know the technical name for it, but if you do, please feel free to enlighten me.

The current color is teal, so no, I won't just repaint it the factory color. And just for some info, I have t-tops and tinted windows as well.

If you have any other recommendations as far as a silver type color, please post it along with a picture. All paint codes are welcome as well.

 

i think you should go with the gone in 60 seconds eleanor color, but if you do that i think you should get the 5 inch spoiler from hawks and put some black stripes on it, and a different hood, either a jongbloed hood or a ss hood.

i voted for 4th gen pewter/silver though i know on new corvettes there was a pewter and then there was a silver is it the same for the camaros? In that case ur saying 2 different colors then arent ya?

 

get pepper-grey metallic, that color is the ****. :hail: that is going to be the base color of my car when it gets repainted next fall. im also going to have tribal ghost strips of a yet undecided color.

 

what about doin the front end like this so it makes the front look lower.

 

If you are going for those silvery colors, you should check out a more Platnium based color. FlynLow89 (at least, I think it was him) has a VERY nice platnium bird.

 

ppg pepper gray metallic ALL THE WAY. Alot of people are going that platinum color like FlynLow89 has, dont get me wrong its hot but pepper gray metallic would be sweet as well.
