Have you lowered your car?

I just put some new wheels and tires on my car, and it needs to be lowered to look proper. I'm trying to decide between a 1" drop front and rear, or a 1.3" drop in the back and a 1.6" drop in the front. these are the springs I'm going to use SPRINGS on SALE.

I think the 1.3/1.6 combo will be better, but I just don't want my car to sit at a big angle and look like a dragster. I don't think it will because 3/10 of an inch isn't that much, but I'd like some other people's opinions.

Here's some pics of the car.

I really don't think it's going to rake the car much. Personally,I would go with the 1.3/1.6 springs. I just think in my opinion that these cars look better without all that wheel well gap.

i'd go with the sportlines too. But on the other hand you can have a 2/1.8 inch drop with intrax springs for a mere 180 bucks (summitracing)

Those sportlines dont look too much different than the ProKit. Maybe .5 inch difference in front but like 1inch in rear. Doesnt look all that low.

Although I haven't been here long, your car is easily the cleanest, best looking firebird I've seen.

yea imo body colored door handles just look cheap, like you were to lazy to take them off and spray them seperate, i would however get rid of that trim down the center of your door and show off that body.,

Nice job kandied i think ah hell i'll get the the same springs as camaro05 and just drive careful, then you bust out the airride pics and change my mind again. I want it sitting on bags:hail:

Keep em black. Looks much better. It breaks up the longness of the doors.

I just put the 17x8 slp ss wheels on mine. I also put hotchkis 1 inch lowering springs. Now my car is a z28 so the ground effects aren't as low as the rs's. On my car i probablay could have done the 1.6 or 1.3 but the 1 inch looks great. Since you have an rs i'd just do the 1 inch springs.
