my Z got vandalized

my Z was at a mall one night, while I was catching a flik, and I came out to find that some jealous pr*ck had taken a screwdriver all the way down the passenger side, on the roof, and on the hood of my four-wheeled power plant. In some parts it is down to metal. Anyone know any tricks or methods to cover this up (fill in) until she gets painted later on down the road? Any info is appreciated-

Dang man, I am really sorry to hear about that. I hate ****** like that. Best thing I can think of is you have to take it to a body shop and they could fix it up. Insurance would cover it.

Sorry to hear about you ride man...I hate bastards like that!

Man....the only thing I can think of is this touch up paint that you can buy from Kragens. It works pretty good and actually comes to match the make and model of the car.
I say you find out who did this to your car and kick their *** !

insurance company should cover it, but make sure that whoever did it won't do it again. My car got egged while i was on vacation. When i came home i found that the eggs had eaten away and scratched the hell out of my 1 month old paint job. I got my hood repainted only to have the car keyed a week later. I was pretty pissed so instead of fixing it right away i just asked around and found out who did it. I called the cops and it hasn't happened again. If you are lucky, it was only some jealous ***** or some damn kid, but make sure there isn't anyone out there who hates you enough to do it again. As for a temporary fix, get some touch up paint and fill it in. It will prevent rust and make it unnoticeable for awhile.

Oh yeah, it sucks when your insurance premiums go up because you reported two vandalisms in one month.

Similar thing happened to me at the movies. I went into the parking structure and the security guard told me to slow down. I told him that I did not know what he was talking about. He said, "are you the one with the Camaro", I said, "nope...what camaro" he looked at me weird because he was pretty sure it was me. I was not going even 15mph in there. I left and came back like 5 minutes later because the movie was not going to start for a while, I saw him right nextto my car on his cruiser(bicycle with a silent siren and walkie talkie, but no other security to talk to with it)anyways as soon as he saw me, he left. I got stuff out of my car and went to get a bite before the movie. After the movie I go to my car and there is egg shells all over it and yolk splattered all over. The right rear tire was flat. I called the cops because I KNEW it was the security who had done it, but the officer said that he could not do anything but write a report and no charges could be filed since no one saw it happen. It's cool though because I know what his car looks like and I will be down there to see if he needs a cup of sugar I dont even know anyone in that neighborhood and I do not have enemies.

I am for "eye for an eye" but be SURE that you know this guy did it! As you know there's nothing worse than getting your car vandalized for something stupid. And if the security guard didn't do anything to your car, it would be f'ed up for you to give him sugar.

Thanks

I wish they had something out there that prevented damage from **** like that...and if there already is i wish somebody would tell me about it. Especially since i just got a brand new paintjob on it and really dont want someone to **** with it.
