What happened to my car?

Now i'm in no way proud of my factory paint, but I am wondering what happened to it in the short time that I was away from it while it sat in a parking lot for 45 min. This happened today, july 4th, and what I'm wondering if this may have something to do with fireworks, but I am not sure. It won't come off with any cleaner/soap, it looks freakin burnt.
Does anyone know what it is, and what may have happened, because I don't even know.

Thanks

Car: VIN=85 T/A, CAR=82/3 T/A gfx, go figure. She's a T/A anyway!
Engine: 5.0, Holley 600 cfm 4-barrel
Transmission: THM350 ??
Could someone have parked another vehicle in front of it? The exhaust may have been so close to your bumper and/or the vehicle revved up?

Mark.

try a degreaser on it, usually works for me with stains like that.

looks like either the exhaust thing mentioned before, or someone lit fireworks right in front of your car thinking they were funny.

Looks like someone had some fun with fireworks at your expense. Any survalence (sp) cams around? Might have to get the body shop to cut and buff that out. Don't think degreaser will get it. Does it feel like the paint has any texture change. Maybe its just some deep soot!

That pisses me off if it was some1 having fun with fireworks. We put way too much time and effort into our cars to have some random immature kids to f*ck them up.

Like above, check to see if there were any cams watching where you were parked. If its anyone u know and u dont wanna get the law envolved, f*ck their faces up

And if there wasnt any cam, its gonna near bout impossible to find who did it.

Good luck getting it off.

Damn kids

Looks to me like someone was parked close in front of you with the engine running for a while.

exhaust heat marks.

That's what it looks like to me.

I had that on my car once, not sure how it got there, just used carwash soap and a stiff brush, came right off.

Made in canada? only the 4th gen's. the rest were all made in the US. either in cali, or ohio. i think.... can never remember that other state.

As for the the marks. look salot like fireworks.. thats why i leave mine parked in the garage on the 4th. To many idiots out and about who are just visiting and do things like that because they figure they will not get caught. One day they will do it and there will be a small fuel leak and they will have a car blow up in their face...
