Tuned port injection decals

Swapping in a 90 LB9 from a G92 car and thought why not throw on the proper TPI decals just to show off. Now I can't find pics of them on an 87 Formula. I'm guessing they were on the rockers but if anybody has pics or just knows that would be appreciated. Thanks

Check out Autografics.com

They have them under the Camaro 82-92 "Third Gen" page...

I saw them on 2 different places...I have one on my Firebird right on the top of the left side back bumper.Camaros had them right under the left taillight.I've also seen them on the fenders of camaros.

the real smal decal went under the z 28 emblem on the lower gfx. and on the z28 bumper on the drivers side rear was the bigger one.

i may be mistaken, but i thought the G92 option was a 1990 Iroc with a L98 Tpi Hardtop and a better suspention

G92 was just a performance option on a lot of different thirdgens. Depending on the year it meant different things, gears, dual cats, etc.

So where does the z28 decal go on the FIREBIRD?

My 87 formula never had anything that said TPI. It has fuel injection door handles and had a sticker on the cowl that said 5.0 LITER F.I.

You can go to hawk's website at the top of the screen and see all the factory decals from different years and where they go.

That's the only decal I was refering to. The hood bulge on formulas had the FI part and some TA's had one right below the fender vent that said 5.0 litre Fuel Injection

Thank for the info, looks like I will skip the decals for now and FYI G92 for the car in 1990 meant:

Content of G92 was expanded and purchased as a `performance package' rather than requiring other options. G92 could be ordered two ways: with or without air conditioning. Ordering G92 `without air conditioning' (C41 standard heater) added the 1LE performance package. G92 performance packages were only available with B2L or LB9/5 speed. All 350 IROC-Z's were required to have one of the G92 packages in 1990.

G92 with air conditioning (C60):

Optional axle ratio (305/3.42, 350/3.23)
Rear disc brakes (J65)
Performance exhaust system (N10) (dual catalytic converters)
Engine oil cooler (KC4)
5.0 liter TPI (LB9) with 5 speed gets revised cam for 230hp rating.

So arguably one of the better stock 305s to use for a swap (hey it was free!) and get rid of my LG4!
