87 z28 Stroker!! Need help with wheels !!

hey everyone...i attached pictures of my 87 z28 that i revolve my life around for the past 10 months....the main reason i made this thread is i need some opinions as far as the wheels go on this car....ive grown to like the gold and red combo...because i really havent had the money to do much about it since i spent about 9 grand mechanically with this car...i recived it with 94,000 miles on it from one older man who had it as his sunday car for about 18 years...its pretty Mint for the year and the car

everyhting was working great..shifted thru gears fine...but i wanted more...had a 383 built for it, and had the 700r4 rebuilt with larger gears, to withstand about 600hp...im puttin out just under 400 ...soo after all that, and a binder full of recipets from parts...im kinda happy performance wise with the car...(building a custom single turbo kit for it tho)...im kind of at a loss what to do with the ugly wheels...there is a lot to choose from...but that gold is hard to match...any suggestions or, anyone know of some nicer gold/chrome wheels...that be awesome!! thanks guys

welcome to the forum. thats an awesome z man. as for wheels, look a few posts up in this forum for the thread with the new wheel pics and its a black with gray wheels with a polished lip. they make that wheel in gold with the polished lip as well. you should check them out and theyre pretty cheap.

I say keep the stockers, they look great. Maybe buy headers instead?

You're not making 395HP with stock manifolds and stock TPI components... Sorry to bust *****...

Car looks incredible though... I'd spend the money on exhaust stuff.. maybe a stealth ram to make use of the motor better..

the only hp numbers i have to go by are the ones that were shown on the engine dyno sheet from the company that built my motor...now given there setup is diffrent, and the engine wasnt dyno'd with the tpi manifold , and injection system...i would suspect they vary a bit...but those are the only numbers i have to go by for right now...no ***** busted here
----------
as far as exhaust goes...my headers are stock...although i plan on ousting them when i get the turbo manifolds done...but entire cat-back system is flowmaster with a seriies 80 muffler at the end...all 3 inch pipe, and a catco cat
