im just finishing up my tpi to carb swap right now. should be done tomorrow. i have the same regulator and the same manifold. i got a polished performer rpm...looks the same i think.

as for t-rex, theres a great list in the techarticles on the tgo homepage (not the forums). lets see, manifold, carb, air cleaner, regulator, upper radiator hose, waterneck, throttle bracket, throttle and tv studs, carb studs, plenty of plugs and fittings, some feul line and clamps, a distributor, and thats just about it. there might be a couple little things here and there that i forgot.

Yeah, I have the performer RPM airgap. It is a great intake that flows through the whole rpm range. I would definatly suggest it to anyone needing a good intake.

Of course you need a carb, intake, return style afpr, non-computer controlled dist. New plug wires, fuel lines, throttle bracket, carb studs, water neck. Intake gaskets, carb gaskets, maybe a dropbase air cleaner. Then just some odd and ends.

You will have to wire up the fuel pump to come on also. You will be able to get rid of most of the wiring harness.

I t would be a good time to replace the cam while the intake is off!!

You need to remember to match up all you components. Intake/carb/cam/heads/gears!!!!!

I have a Speed Demon 750 vs carb for sale if you are interested. Might be a little too big if you 305 is stock.

Good luck with the swap. Remember to pick the right intake. A good dual plane should work just right.
