i was there today errr yesterday Saturday! anyway it was a good show today is gonna be even better if it doesn't rain. I didn't get to take many pictures as my batteries died! But tomorrow if i get the chance to go I'm gonna take a crazy amount of pictures. That black vert thirdgen is nice, ugly wheels though. Definately wasn't a fan of the bird with all the chrome in the engine bay. You get any pictures of the black firebird with red wheels? With the ***** wing and all the red decals all over it lol. Also one of the firebirds across from the black vert has a vortech sticker on his car with no supercharger! hahaha

clean looking cars, Any more pics of the black convert. From the looks of the last pic, it might had some flame job on the hood. The wheels on the black convert are hp evo's. the prices on those wheels are remarkable, 1100 for a set of 19x9.5. the wheels looks good, but they flow better on a 4th gen T/A.

If you didnt mind the terrible fitment of the hood and the the fit of the wheels was even worse. They stuck out past the fenders.

yeah, that car had a flamme job on the hood and the gfx. wasn't a fan of the flames but ididn't see the hood closed so i couldn't tell how the fit was.
and i stil think the rims are kind of cool.
the coolest rims there were on a 67 firebird, this guy had a set of 19s custom made that looked exactly like the pmd rims, very nice. i think it would be fantastic if someone made replica gta style rims in 18 or 19", i wouldn't change my rims for anything but that.

Sweet pictures!
One of these years my family and I are going to make the trip down to see, and participate in the Nationals. We have been threatening to for years but something always comes up. Hopefully next year, or the year after!
On a side note, I have been debating what my next car was going to be. I knew I wanted a convertible again, my wife had a fourth-gen ragtop. Well after seeing those pictures of the thirdgen vert I have made up my mind. A '91 or '92 Trans Am convertible it will be!

Such a shame too, it had outstanding paint and an amazing flame job. A couple hours into fitting the hood better before it was painted would have made the car along with a set of wheels that fit.Unfourtunatly there were a TON of cars there in all generations with wheels that were not even in the ballpark of fitting the cars they were on. A little more time into researching the correct backspacing/offset would have made some of those cars.

I was there with my '84 Bird. I was the only third gen S/E model in the whole place and the only beige colored one. I am waiting for the pictures to come back from the developers so I can scan them (didn't take the digital camera this time). I'll post up a few shots. Mine was two down from the screaming yellow one with the ram air hood. It was a great time and I'm planning on going back every year from here on out.

Nice pictures.
Thanks for sharing them with everyone.
I myself like the looks of that black convertible.
If anyone wants to see photos of second gens, go over to Welcome to Trans Am Country!
and check them out.
