GREAT JOB Spike-Z!!!!! Even though we don't have full site support at this time, this is still an honor to be nominated and voted by your peers. That is an amazing group of cars that you were up against.

** To everyone else THANK YOU for helping get this COTM thread stuff going. There is changes I plan on making and we are in talks with getting this a more formal part of TGO.

 

Glad he got it, and I hope he doesn't mind, but I have his car as my main screen background.

 

Well deserving... This was one of 2 or 3 other cars that I felt SHOULD be the first winner for COTM.

 

A nice smooth car, should took picture with a front windshield though.

 

Not much Third Gen left except the body.
IMO

Who wants a plain Third gen? Theres nothing on that ride I would change, its nice to see people build up our cars to go beyond what was given in stock form and up to todays standards.

Glad Spike won the first CTM.

 

Why isn't it a thirdgen? It's every bit a thirdgen as it came from the factory but better.

Im very happy being the first COTM winner! Lots of time and work went into this car, Im glad Im not the only one liking it, heh. Stay tuned for some finished interior shots coming up this year and new power adder bottle. The car is going back on the dyno for a tune modification early spring too.

The weave is extra soft and fits the body like a glove. This is an INTERIOR cover only. I dont think its water resistant.

glad i somehow started all this, excellent choice, and even though in those pics its not finished, still one of the best cars on here

 

This is by far the best looking third gen on the site (possibly any site) and the killer is: no windsheild and no door panels and still blows everyone else's away.
My question to Spike is: What is the offset of those wheels...? Bagged or not the spacing looks great and meets wheel lip perfectly which is tough to acheive.

 

How did you get your headlights like that?

 

Awesome iroc! how do you put gas in it if you shaved the gas tank? and why doesnt it have a windshield? is it legal to drive without a windshield? where can I get those wheels and what size are they? thanks hotrodj

 

also what year is your iroc?

 

I want to shave my gas cap also and antenna, how do you close off the gas filler neck and how do you fill it up with gas? sorry for the dumb questions but Im not mechanically inclined to state the words correctly

 

also how do you change gears on a stock rearend? I want to change to 3:73 or 4:10 gears, I have stock gears right now I think 2:73 thanks dudes

 

do they sell headlights like on the newer cars for iroc camaros? also has anyone bought one of those new glovebox lids that have the cupholder built in?

 

this isn;t a place to ask those questions and get answers, i'd go to the respective boards for such things. about the gascap and antenna shaving i suggest using the "search" fucntion or asking it in the body section
