How about a poll, what do you own, camaro or firebird. No reasons why needed, just tell us what you have, in the interest of science.

The other 'which is better' thread is slightly biased. We all know that camaros outnumber firebirds, and everyone is going to vote for a camaro if they own one, or a firebird if they own one. So it does not surprise me that the percentages of 'which is better' and 'what do you own' are almost exactly the same.

Seriously, the car looks great but those wheels are UGLY!

And why just have a Camaro or a Firebird? Why not just get both? I did

Jim, I'm in the same boat with you and others on this board, I own 2 camaros and 2 firebirds. To me the Firebird comes first, I'd sell my camaros before I sold my formula.

Not that hard to figure out. If you like firebirds more you probably have a firebird. If you like camaros more you probably have a camaro. Otherwise why would you have bought what you did and not the opposite...

No can do, I'm not a mod on this thread. The original poster could delete it (Probably) but I can't. Unless you mean to lock this thread which is completely civil. I don't see anyone really offended by the other thread anyway. If anyone is they can click the "report this thread to a moderator" and the moderator of this board can deal with it.

IMO what would look sweet is to lower it abit with the IROC's on it, and just replace the gold accents on the wheels with red accents to match the decal (it's the gold on the wheels that are killing them).

I got to agree those birds' really move with those Chevy motors!

I wish it was like the old days with two separate motors still powering the cars.

Would you really want the birds to be packing pontiac 455SD's? or even the Pontiac 400? or rather a fuel injected version of either of the above?

The switch to the chevy engine was based solely on $$$. Just for the record pontiac developed and did great things with the Iron duke that propelled all kinds of Chevy's from Camaro's, to Cavaliers, to S10's.

Just vote, don't debate.

I wasn't debating, it was intended to be humorous.

What would be wrong with them having a 455 or a 400? I wish I could go out and buy an SS with a 454! Or if the SBC 400 came back.

The factory 350ci LS1 is great but imagine a Big-block LS1 under the hood of a new Camaro. now there is a wonderful thing!

Camaro is the Shiznitz, hands down.

I own both, but the Camaro Rocks the boat.

I get more looks in the Camaro, then I ever get in the Fbird.

And they both look really good.

Whateverz...
