Using the IROC for errands

It’s fall and it’s also 65 degrees and sunny.. so I had better make the most of doing fall errands and being able to drive the IROC with the top down a handful more times..

First order of business was to fix the one trim piece of the interior that was driving me crazy! I had to order a whole power seat assembly to get the trim piece as I’d been searching for years for a gray one in good condition.. I feel so much more complete! The interior is now 100%! The P.O. must have pushed himself off the power seat trim to get out or something..

Next order of business is picking up pumpkins.. Sure, I could take the Tahoe, but that’s no fun.

It’s nice (and pointless) the Vert rear seats fold down.. Trash bags protect the brand new never seen the light of day carpeted seat backs from dirt..

It all worked out and fun was had even though my wife did make me put the windows up at one point!

Thanks! The Tahoe definitely gets jealous.. I’ve been slacking on detailing the Tahoe.. Tahoe does all the work and the Camaro has all the fun

Thanks! Drove me nuts how the interior was in such good shape except that weird broken trim piece.. didn’t make sense to me how it would break and I was worried about finding one. Kept finding red and black ones..

You're lucky you found that piece. Imagine having the older style that has the fuzz on it.

Yeah.. my 87 had the fuzz.. I remember it well..

I couldn’t believe how many red ones were out there for sale.. So I have extra power seat tracks with the motor and switches if anyone wants them..
