February 2021 COTM **Nomination Thread**
This is a Nomination Thread for cars that will compete for this month's Car of the Month honor. The most popularly nominated cars will be compiled into a Voting Thread within a couple weeks.
You can either nominate somebody else's car, or second a nomination (but not both). Cars must have a second nomination in order to make it to the Voting Thread.
Nomination Guidelines
*** This month's category ***
As we finished out the last couple months with some very interesting themes, for this month ...
OPEN SEASON -- Any very high quality, finished, stock or modified 82-92 Camaro or Firebird
You can either nominate somebody else's car, or second a nomination (but not both). Cars must have a second nomination in order to make it to the Voting Thread.
Nomination Guidelines
- Nominations must be of high quality, finished state, and in working order. No unrealistic, overly processed images. Please accompany the nomination with,
- a single large, high quality photo
- name of TGO member (with proper caps and spaces)
- year, make, and model of car
- Do not nominate your own car. Your car must be nominated by another TGO member. Cars must have a second nomination in order to continue to the Voting Thread.
- Likewise, do not ask another family member or friend to join TGO for the purpose of nominating your car. Do not use multiple member accounts to nominate your own car.
- Do not nominate more than one car.
- If you are nominated, please DO go out and take an abundance of good quality photos of your car (multiple angles, interior, engine) and make them publicly accessible (for example via a photo album in your public profile, or some sort of hyperlink to your photo album).
- Past winners can be found in this thread to verify your nomination has not been chosen for COTM previously COTM Winners list - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

Re: February 2021 COTM **Nomination Thread**
This month seems to be off to a slow start. Maybe because we've just had 3 consecutive events within the last month-and-a-half, back-to-back-to-back. So to give this thread a push, I'll nominate:
Jeff TX and his 1988 IROC.
Not much on the site about Jeff's car and very few pictures, so I don't know what it looks like under the hood, or in other areas people like to see from COTM contenders. But based upon his recent pics in a 19" wheel thread, the car looks great, with all of the exterior details very well thought-out. And reading the description of the drivetrain, along with obscured views through the windows, I'd guess the car is impressive through-and-through. So I, and probably a lot of other people, would like to see and learn more about Jeff's car. Hopefully he feels comfortable enough to share.

kennyglm, you have a beautiful IROC, but by the rules someone other than the owner needs to nominate each car. I moved your postings to the car of the month bait thread to make it easy for someone to nominate you if they so desire I saw you already had some likes to you post

we are doing pretty well with some terrific nominations for the month... lets give it to end of the day this Friday (January 22) for any additional nominations and then we will move to the voting for the month!
