And here's my TPI 350. Mods are in sig. It's not the best pic, I have to take some more, especially from the other side. I milled some notches and tigged a piece in on the valve covers so I could use the tall Elites and still retain the AIR pump and factory emissions.

Thanks. It woke it up so much that my transmission is about to blow and I don't think the rear's doing too good either. I have a new Pro-built on order, just gotta do something with the rear.

Looks great, I love how a clean TPI motor looks.

Wish I had one.

Did your car used to have the ultra-rare RCA phonograph injection option ??

That's almost exactly what I'm building for mine. Except it's a 79 truck 4-bolt with an 87 TPI converted to SD. What are the specs on your cam? I can't tell from the pic, but did you polish your TPI? Can't wait to see some times.

deadbird: TPI = tuned phonographic injection

LOL deadbird. Yeah they only made a few. I think mine was #5 of 27 made. That option still didn't help the 305. j/k..It's just my shop light.
Jza...The cam is kinda puny actually. I put it in for gas mileage reasons but it still has helatious bottom end torque. I don't my cam card with me but the specs are somewhere around .450in .450ex, 112 lobe seperation ground at 108 intake centerline. duration at .5 is around 210 for the intake and exhaust. If you want I can post the exact specs later.
I'm actually looking for a good cam to go with AFR heads once I get another daily driver. This combo right now gets me 23mpg so I'm pretty happy with it.
And yes, I polished my plenum. It was a lot of work but well worth it.
