your best bet is to call around. junkyards vary greatly in prices. i got the rocker panel and rear quarter gfx for $20 from one junkyard here, and the other one close by wanted $75 for just the front spoiler. i got my front end and rear bumper for $100, but other places might charge over $200 just for the front end

Yeah give them a call. The don't really have a universal price book they look at to get prices.

good luck trying to find a junker that has iroc parts....unless for some reason where you are from has an abundance of irocs in accidents/people getting rid of them you are gonna have a VERY hard time finding a camaro let alone an iroc in ANY junkyard!!

Junkyards?
There's a ton of junkyards here with Camaros, SC, RS, Z28 and IROC parts galore.... Just none of the ones I need unfortunately...
I've been to almost all of them... What a pain...
But as far as I've found... The prices aren't too high, unless the junkyard has no idea what the parts are... Your best bet is to go to a "Pull-your-own-part" yard... That's the best way you'll get a good part... And if you know what you're doing, you won't ruin anything in the process... I've had a junkyard crew ruin a perfectly useable fender for my old '72 Skylark... I think it's always best to pull them yourself.
But that's just my opinion... I could be wrong...

I wouldn't ponder the thought too long. I've seen many a times where someone said "it'll be there tomorrow," and the car was stripped the next day.
I've had it happen before.
What does a typical overhead console go for these days? I don't really need all the fancy stuff like the light and such, i could make my own work.

I would hurry up and get the stuff you need from junked f-bodys. The t-top IROC that I had gotten my front clip from and was going to get the really nice black int from got crushed the day before I was going to make the 40 mile trip to the wrecking yard to get the interior panels
but luckly I got one a month ago from the same yard it came from a 89 firebird with t's. Now when I go the the wreckers I get all good the good parts that I need before they are gone.

Here's another example. I was at one yard one time that had a pair of black firebirds, an 87, and a 90. The 87 had a good engine, but bad body. the 90 had a perfect body, but needed an engine and interior (interior in the 87 was good)
tried to negotiate a deal to snag both cars, but the guy said no, and loaded the two cars uip into the crusher right then and there.
the *****. trashed two potentially good cars (one parts donor, one good receipient)

What a tard. He could have made more money selling you the two cars then getting money for the scrap that was left over. Luckly I have asked my j/y man to call me before he smashes up a f body so I can check for poteintly good parts. Supreme Member

I paid $158 for the nose off of an '87 IROC 2-3 years ago.All I wanted was just the cover but they gave me the entire thing-cover,headlights and the thing that holds them, the fog lights, turn signals, airbox, air deflector and the ground effect.

The junkyards down here, the one I always go to, get new cars every two weeks and they always have F-Bodies but the majority of the time the front or rear clip is wasted, so I haven't been able to find a nose for my 84 Z yet. I did find one offa 91 Z at the junkyard close buy and the guy wanted $400 for all the GFX when they needed to have repairs done and he wanted $250 for the nose alone. I didnt even bother to ask about the IROC in the back. Yeah get ready to spend some money if you find one.
Good luck though.
