well the lower part of the nose is a seperate piece from the upper. theres like 10 or 12 bolts that holds it all on....I've seen a diagram on here somewhere that shows how it all bolts up. try a search and look for posts from vader, he always has the good pics

When I got in my wreck, my front clip was crunched so badly i just ripped it off with my hands and unscrewed what was left. I was suprised by what little holds it on. Just 4 screws each side the the core support and thats all

It's not too difficult, there's not really any hidden bolts or anything, the biggest pain in the *** is the studs that come out from the headlamp assembly. Mine started to unscrew from the headlamp assembly, and I had to clamp them with vice grips to loosen the bolts holding the top of the fascia to the fender.

Basically, you remove your license plate holder, grille, air damn, and then loosen the bolts running along the bottom of the spoiler, these are all very visible under the front of the car, then you remove the two on the ends, by your tire. Don't forget to remove the filler panel over the radiator, and if you still have those underbody plastic covers that attach to the air damn, remove those also from the side you're removing the fender on. The fascia itself is removed by unbolting the front bolts on the headlamp assembly, and then unbolting them from the fender. The headlamp assembly comes out with the fascia. The fender itself is ready to remove then once you detach any ground fx, the stone deflector, and your side markers need to be unplugged. Just unbolt that side of your hood and have a buddy lift up on it, while you remove the fender.

Oh, and incidently, I replaced my headlamp assembly, the old one was cracked. Can someone tell me if those clips where the bolts thread through are considered general hardware, or can I get them from a Chevy dealer? Most of mine are pretty worn from removal and they won't fit the new headlamp assembly well. Not to mention it's a lighter aftermarket version that I replaced it with.

gm headlight adjusters can usually be found in the help! section at your local parts store or just yank em off any gm car with similar headlights

if thats not what you are talking about, then I cant be sure...lowes home improvement carries a lot of automotive fasteners

There is almost 20 bolts holding the front nose andlower spoiler on the car-5(4 along the edges and one that holds an L bracket to both center sides of the radiator support frame) on both sides and if you are taking off the lower spoiler first that is about 8-10 bolts there.Oh and the black clips that holds a rectagle plastic things that are below the battery and that cruise control ball thingy if you have cc.You might have plastic clips up top too since you have an rs.
