The bolts should be pretty visible, or do you mean the cables?

Exactly. To get the pedals out just remove the bolt at the top that they swing on. It's kind of a bitch to get to, you might tear your hands up a bit. The bracket the pedals mount to is what you remove the brake booster bolts for...so actually maybe you can get tricky and leave the long swing bolt in up top and unbolt it as a whole assembly? There is also one last bolt mounted vertically at the top of the pedal bracket at the end closest to the rear of the car.

The cable on the far left should attach at your automatic shifter and the top back of the steering column. Not bad to remove, especiallly with the pedals out.

The cord going through the firewall with all the black cement looking stuff to it is I beleive the cruise control, that one I don't know how to remove. If I had to guess I'd say cut away teh cement and try sliding it, then either unbolt it from the engine side or possibly from inside the car (which you've already done) and slide it into the engine bay.

If you've still got a driver's seat, lean the back all the way down and sit it in upside down...ie your feet hanging into the back and your head in the footwell. I found this a lot more comfortable when working under the dash for extended periods of time than having crap on the floorpan dig at your back all day.

My convertible's interior looked just like yours a few weeks ago .
