What headlights fit a Firebird?

The reflective coating inside the headlights of my GTA is starting to come off and I need to swap them.
But I'm wondering is it only firebird lights that fit or are the same lights also used in other cars. I've heard for example that the lights of the same era chevy vans are the same, is this true? I've even heard that Toyota Hiace lights can be fitted to a bird.... is this also true? If so I'm sure that in Finland it would be alot cheaper to get ahold of Hiace lights

As long as you have the same GTA as those in America, they are just standard 5x7 or 6x8 (can't remember which) sealed headlights. You can buy them at any auto parts store for cheap. Sealed bulb on E-Bay

You can also get a conversion kit, such as E-Bay link which allows you to use standard H4 bulbs rather than buying sealed units. Looks a lot nicer IMO

6054 is the lamp you need. A LOT of cars/trucks used this light.

You mean for camaro and Firebird? In this case 6054 can't be a very specific model code. They're pretty different in size especially.

6054 is the code for the headlight. It's used on tons of other vehicles. Vans, trucks, other cars.

It's only one style. There are many. The smaller style on camaros and later birds were other such as 4656.

Does look the same as the older hiace I found on google.

I'm not so much concerned about the size of the headlight as of how it connects into place. Is there some bracket behind the lights or what?

What about the Probe lights... will they fit a bird? Recently I saw angel eye rectangular lights on ebay that fit a probe. Would love to get those for my car

Here's a link to a a pair of similar lights... although have no idéa will they fit a bird. I'm talking about the M091051 on this link: http://lightlens.com/headlights.htm

That model # looks to be the right one. The conversion kit I had on my old Firebird was similar to that one but w/o the cap over the bulb. It had the "angel eye" around the perimeter, but was really, really crappy - it was a single colored bulb that was supposed to light the whole thing (where as "real" angel eyes are two LED's)

I see... that's a shame. Was hoping it was atleast half quality stuff. But that sounds really crappy! Do you think the Matrix lights on the link are the same?

Good news... I found a good pic of the 4x6 version of that light ...

So it looks like that would be a pretty decent conversion kit to buy. It looks a lot nicer than the kit I had (I think it was APC, but not positive).

I dunno if they are sold in Finland, but the Silverstar bulbs are real nice (the kit above uses H4-type bulbs)

Doesn't matter I would consider it worth while ordering from the states
Did a quick photoshop with the lights

Those chops look real nice A lot nicer than the kit I had - stupid APC garbage.

These lights are essentially "bolt-in" - you take out the old lights, plug in some H4 bulbs (same pin style as stock), screw the bulbs into the housings, wire up the angel eyes to a switch or w/e (parking lights if you wish), than bolt the housing into place. It took me like a whole 30 mins to do mine including running wire for the angel eyes (not hooked up to parking lights)

Where did you buy it from? Is it a direct bolt in?
