Will Bose interior fit in a car without bose?

I found a pretty good deal on a 87 camaro SC with the BOSE system with really good black interior. I was wondering if it will all bolt up correctly into my 92 RS. Most of the rear trim is carpeted which is what I was looking for. I think that the rear panel that goes over the spare tire well is a little different. Any help would be appreciated.

If your car has hatch release then the part that is at the very back is different then a car with out, so the one off of the 87 dosn't have a hatch release then it might not fit, everything else i think will work

you will need the entire system to operate.
radio, wiring... everything.
i pulled all my stuff out, and its all ran down the passenger side, so running the wiring shouldnt be that big of a deal.

an easier and cheaper alternative(and sound better!) would be to use the bose kick panels and hatch plate and install aftermarket speakers in them.

one tip on the hatch, is you will need to weld in, or bolt in 4 studs to hold the hinge.

good luck.

i think you'll need to do something with the rear shoulder belts since the 87' won't have them.

Stage20- I was wondering about the bolts for the rear hatch plate, thank you for your advise.
I will probably end up doing that b/c the interior of this car is in excellent shape.

DiNunzio- I dont think my 92 has rear shoulder belts, so I should be ok. I will double check to make sure.

The donor car has rear hatch release as well, I was also going to use the whole rear hatch b/c it has the brake lamp in the spoiler and delete the CHMSL on my 92 hatch.

Youre right, it does, I really dont need seat belts in the back anyway, no one really rides back there.
