How do you remove your winshield?

Axle/Gears: 4.30
How do you remove your winshield?
As the topic states. Hood latch failed hood flew back busted winshield. i need to know if there is a tool or a method to remove it so i can take it out and get one from a junkyard and have someone put it in. Thanks Aaron
